Education that supports lifelong lymphatic health

Practical education, trusted guidance, and evidence-informed support for people living with lymphoedema and lymphatic conditions.

Feel more confident in caring for your body, every day.

Many people living with lymphoedema or lymphatic concerns are given treatment, but not always the understanding or tools needed to manage their condition long term.

Gail Kirby’s work is about changing that.

With advanced training in the Dr Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, including specialised lymphoedema training, Gail brings both depth of knowledge and a calm, supportive approach to lymphatic care.

Through workshops, resources, and guidance, she helps individuals and health professionals better understand how the lymphatic system functions, why it matters, and how to care for it in a sustainable way.

Meet Gail, your Lymphatic Therapist

Gail Kirby is a Remedial and Lymphatic Therapist with over 25 years of experience in private practice, supporting clients through hands on care and a deeply considered approach to wellbeing.

As a Vodder-trained therapist, Gail uses Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) to support clients managing swelling, improving mobility, and enhancing overall lymphatic function.

Early in her lymphatic work, Gail recognised that the foundational training provided in standard remedial massage qualifications only touches the surface of what is required to support more complex lymphatic conditions.

It was through working alongside respected Lymphatic Therapist Barbara Lowcock that she gained a deeper understanding of the complexity of lymphoedema and the level of care required to support it effectively.

This experience led Gail to further her training in the Dr Vodder Method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage, including specialised lymphoedema training in 2012.
